Here's what you can do to lose weight or avoid becoming overweight or obese:
  • Eat more fruit, vegetables, nuts, and whole grains.
  • Exercise even moderately, for at least 30 minutes a day.
  • Cut down your consumption of fatty and sugary foods.
  • Reduce stress and try not to be depressed.
  • take a minimum of 6 hours of sleep regularly.
  • Make a routine for sleeping and wake up hour.
  • Use small bowl at dinner.
  • Eat only vegetable and unprocessed foods once a week.
  • Take your time at the lunch time and chew you food finely.Do not swallow it.
  • Avoid to take medications to reduce body weight.
